Another speculation of Kim Jong-Un not being able to take full control of DPRK has surfaced globally. This isn’t the first time officials have speculated about his health.
Kim Jong-Un, The Supreme leader of DPRK(Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) has allegedly been in a coma. A former South Korean diplomat has conjectured. Due to this, Kim Yo-Jong, his sister will be taking over the dictatorship in the country.
Chang Song-min, An aide for Kim Dae-Jung(former president of South Korea) as a political affairs secretary and as head of the state affairs monitoring office, allegedly asserted this statement in a social media post. He also added that no leader of North Korea would handover their complete dominion to another family member. Unless they were too ill to continue with the rule or banished through a coup.
His allegation struck in just days after a South Korean spy agency reported that Kim Jong-Un, the 36-year-old leader, had distributed part of his authority to his close deputies, including his younger sister, Kim Yo-Jong.
The agency claimed, “Chairman Kim Jong-un is still maintaining his absolute authority, but some of it has been handed over little by little. However, this does not mean the leader has selected a successor.” (Source: TheKoreaHerald)
Along with this, Chang also said that he allegedly sourced this information from China. He also went on to say that the pictures released by North Korea, of Kim Jong-Un recently were fake. All of this was said on social media posts.
“I assess him to be in a coma, but his life has not ended. A complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo-Jong is being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period,” Chang Song-min claimed. (Source: Yonhap News)
