After the proactive post about Prophet Mohammed violent riots started in Bangalore. The mob hit the streets, set the vehicle on fire ,and also attacked a Congress MLA’s house after one of his relatives had allegedly made a derogatory Facebook post about the Prophet.
At least three people have died in southern India’s Bengaluru city after protesters clashed with police. Police dispersed the crowd after using tear gas and batons. Muzamil Pasha has been arrested after the riot.
“The situation is now under control. Elders of the community trying to pacify the crowd. The mob still burnt vehicles on the road, they attacked the police station,” Police Commissioner Kamal Pant said. The police had no escape and they had to resort to firing and three people died,” Pant said, adding that 110 people had been arrested for alleged damage and confronting the police.
A police official said an emergency law had been imposed in Bengaluru. This is done to prohibit gatherings in the city of 12 million people identified as India’s Silicon Valley. Pant said the person accountable for the aggressive post had been arrested. It gave the first name of the accused man as Naveen .He is the nephew of Congress politician R Akhanda Srinivasa Murthy. The post, which reportedly involved the Prophet Mohammed, has since been deleted.
Prophet Mohammed is representative of love and peace .We must not take law in our hand and must maintain peace in our beloved country India. The significant fact is that there is no value of such comments. Such ridiculous people must be punished severely. They are the actual perpetrator and they intend to create communal riots .
