The Desire to reach for the stars is a dream to all. But only a few people achieve their destination through their will and passion. Here we are going to unfold the story of Mr. Pradeep Singh 29 years old resident of Haryana and currently working in revenue service as an officer.
He became the star of the nation over the night after the UPSC result which has been announced recently. He is a topper in the toughest exam of the India – UPSC.
The second rank has been achieved by Jatin Kishore and the 3rd rank has been secured by Pratibha Verma. This was the fourth attempt of Pradeep Singh, He is the son of former Sarpanch and farmer. Father of Pradeep Singh is the source of his strength and whenever he feels disappointed his father encourages him to go ahead in the difficult journey of the UPSC exam.
This exam is conducted for the selection of Indian Police Services (IPS), Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Foreign Services (IFS), and other Central Services. This exam conducted in 3 levels:
Thousands of aspirants take part every year in the prestigious exam of UPSC and very few crack the exam.
10 % quota for EWS and 340 seats reserve for General category and
251 for OBC(Other Backward Class), 129 for SC (Scheduled Caste) and67 seats reserved for ST (Scheduled Tribes). Pradeep told that it was quite a difficult journey to maintain the study and job simultaneously.
Entire India seems to salute the patience, as well as the passion of Mr. Pradeep. He discloses who is his pillar of strength, his father who is a former Sarpanch and farmer of Tiwari village. He told it made feel demotivated during the UPSC exam preparation because it takes a long duration and mental hard work so sometimes he also felt depressed.
However, his father awakes him every time and push him forward to fulfill his dream. Pradeep has also taken admission in coaching but due to job constraints, he couldn’t continue his coaching and started preparation with his efforts and friends.
It was “unexpected,” said Mr. Pradeep he share his thoughts that he was expecting that he will not crack the exam but he proved he is in the row of people who resembles the reality of working more than expected.
