The advocate Puneet Kaur Dhanda has approached the Supreme court with the petition regarding Sushant’s case to be linked with his former Manager Disha Salian’s case.
“Both died in suspicious circumstances and at the peak of their successful professional career and as per the statements of witnesses they both were upset as some projects of them were sabotaged,” the plea states.
The pleader also raised questions about the Mumbai police’s statement that the description of Disha’s case has been deleted by mistake. Mumbai police have denied letting Bihar police have access to the laptop to retrieve the data.
This denial has raised certain suspicion about the Mumbai police’s behavior. A certain outrage has been seen on social media with the demand of the CBI probe in Disha’s death case.
“The petitioner wants a Fair trial in their murder case without the interference of politicians. Because for investigation of serious, sensational, and organized crime under the Indian Penal Code and other laws on the requests of State Governments or the orders of the Supreme Court and High Courts CBI Inquiry can be conducted, “plea states further. The petitioner also requested to let Bihar police join the investigation in Mumbai without any interference.
Disha’s father Satish Salian has written to Assistant Commissioner of Police, Dilip Yadav, “We are being harassed by these people by repeatedly questioning our faith in Mumbai police and their way of inquiries are conducted. We have already given our statement to the police that we do no suspect, anyone, with foul play.”
Notably, The autopsy report of Disha revealed that She had various ‘unnatural’ injuries. Though Disha died on June 9, her autopsy was conducted on June 11. This unreasonable delay in postmortem has aligned several questions.
