Mumbai police’s negligence over Sushant Singh Rajput’s case

Mumbai police’s negligence over Sushant Singh Rajput’s case

Recently, Bihar police went to Mumbai for further investigation though Mumbai police haven’t responded so well this case is being even more complicated.

Earlier, Rhea filed a plea that investigation should be held by the Mumbai police itself without any interference by Bihar police. Interestingly, Rhea Chakraborty isn’t the only one who wants Mumbai police to investigate but Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Udhhav Thackeray also believes that handing over the case to CBI will affect the self-esteem of Mumbai police.

Mumbai police have always been questioned about its unprofessional activities. It should be noticed that Police haven’t filed any FIR about 15 crore stealing. Thus, the accused of stealing 15 crores of Sushant’s money, Rhea Chakraborty’s plea to supreme court can backfire.
Simultaneously, no FIR has been filed about Sushant’s former Manager Disha’s death. Only an ADR (Accidental Death Report) had been filed. It is not the first time when Mumbai police haven’t filed any FIR about some Bollywood related cases.

On Sushant’s father’s FIR, Sanjay Singh, SSP of Patna formed a Special Investigation Team of four members on 27th July. Although how poorly Mumbai police have treated the team has become a separate talk of the town.

“If she is innocent, she should come forward and take part in the investigation and should say openly that any agency can probe the case. I don’t know why she doesn’t want Bihar police to investigate the case” said Gupteshwar Pandey, Bihar’s director-general of Police in a Hindi news channel debate show.

Mumbai police’s behavior in the whole case could be seen to more cooperative but in spite of all its just a matter of time that Truth comes out.
